“APPROVED” MINUTES FOR Board Retreat on MARCH 24, 2010

Board Retreat Held at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Conference Room, 5 Pilgrim Park Rd, Waterbury

IN ATTENDANCE

BOARD: Dale Smeltzer, Ben Smith, Reed McCracken, Scott Rathke, and Steve Odefey

ADMINISTRATORS: Brigid Scheffert, Tom Drake, Don Schneider, Sheila Rivers

1. CALL TO ORDER – Dale Smeltzer called the meeting to order at 8:44 a.m.

2. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC – There were none.

3. BOARD RETREAT DISCUSSION – Brigid Scheffert led the work session which focused on the process for developing specific five-year goals for the Strategic Plan. Sheila Rivers took notes on the discussion, for the Principals to develop into a report to the Board for further discussion at the upcoming April 6, 2010 regular meeting.

Ben Smith moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:25 p.m. Reed McCracken seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
