“APPROVED” MINUTES FOR December 8, 2008

Workshop Held at WWSU Central Office

IN ATTENDANCE

BOARD: Dale Smeltzer, Susan Flynn, Dawn Poitras, Scott Rathke, and Sherry Ziemke (arrived 6:10 p.m.)

ADMINISTRATORS: Dick Moser, Superintendent

Starting at 6:00 p.m., Dick Moser conducted a workshop for board members to get input regarding the job posting parameters for the upcoming CBMS principal/district coordinator job search. Board members provided input relating to his suggested parameters, including salary. The draft job descriptions for both the Principal and also the District Coordinator responsibilities were then reviewed and Board members provided suggestions. Dick noted that the job descriptions should be finalized in mid January, but that he would be emailing a revised job posting in the next couple days for any further comments before he officially posted it on Schoolspring later in the week. The size and possible composition of the Search Committee was discussed briefly, and Dick will provide recommendations at the next board meeting.
