“APPROVED” MINUTES FOR FEBRUARY 16, 2009

Special Meeting Held at Crossett Brook Library

IN ATTENDANCE

BOARD: Dale Smeltzer, Susan Flynn, Dawn Poitras, Scott Rathke, and Sherry Ziemke

ADMINISTRATOR: Richard Moser

Search Committee Members: Don Schneider, Kevin Hamilton, Barbara Tomasi-Gay, Wendy Moore, Doug Lombard, Glenn Spence, Marcy Pelkey

1. Dale Smeltzer called the special meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.

2. Susan Flynn moved to go into executive session at 3:46 p.m. to discuss personnel issues and inviting search committee members to attend until board deliberations. Sherry Ziemke seconded the motion which passed unanimously. It was agreed to come out of executive session at 8:50 p.m. with the following action taken.

3. Susan Flynn moved to offer a principal/district coordinator employment contract as discussed in executive session. Sherry Ziemke seconded the motion which passed unanimously.

Sherry Ziemke moved to adjourn the meeting 8:51 p.m. Scott Rathke seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
